Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Intense pink color with reddish reflections. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose it has good intensity. The red forest fruit emerges with all the prominence where we can find it; wild strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. Finishing with notes of caramel synthesized with memories of lollipop.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth with volume and structure. Carbonic friendly with fine pearls that caress the palate, and that ends with a vibrant acidity. A balanced, round and refreshing wine.

Elaboration:

Film maceration to obtain the maximum aromatic potential of the variety and achieve the desired color. Extraction of the flower must and the must resulting from a gentle pressing.
