Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

Entry into the nose where the aromas of white fruit welcome you, in the minutes, and with good aeration the notes of a well-integrated aging appear, where the most toasted and spicy points are expressed.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is balanced. Its voluptuousness and elegance are merged to perfection. a versatile, friendly and tremendously gastronomic wine.

Its complexity makes it gastronomically versatile. We can taste it from a good assortment of cheeses, both soft and semi-cured pasta, baked fish, rice and white meats with not very strong sauces.

The landscape that surrounds the Vinyes Domènech vineyards is of exceptional beauty: an environment in which human activity seems to have acted only in its fair measure. 'His private Tuscany', as Joan Ignasi likes to call it, is a place to get lost among olive trees, almond trees and vineyards, an atmosphere in which you can only breathe peace and tranquility. Located at the foot of the Llaberia and Montalt mountains, with the Mediterranean Sea behind them and Montsant to the north, these vineyards enjoy a perfect microclimate for growing high-quality grapes. And in order to transmit all the personality of this magnificent environment and terroir, the Domènech family also relies on the professionalism of one of the best-regarded oenologists in the area today, Toni Coca.
