TASTING NOTE
Colour

Intense deep red colour with purple nuances.

AROMA:

Bouquet of mature fruit with nuances of toasted fine oak, providing a potpourri of delicate aromas.

TASTE:

Its ageing in oak brings full complexity. Balsamic in palate, reflecting the sweetness of tanin and glycerin that gives a peachy feeling and a really long finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Tilenus Joven Roble is aging in French and American oak between 8 and 10 months and it rest in bottle around 12 months. Only it will be ready when the oenologist are sure thet it have reached the most suitable moment. On thos way, our Tilenus Roble, also called “half Crianza”, it became in a powerfull wine, of velvety sensation and with a very long finish.

Wines D.O. Bierzo
Wines reds designation of origin D.O. Bierzo
Created on 1989, the appellation of origin Bierzo is located on the west of the León region (Castilla y León). This is a passing zone between Galicia, León and Astúrias, bordered by the regions of Ourense, Lugo and Oviedo. The planted surface is of 3000 hectares, all located on the valley of the Sil River. The dominant variety is red and is called Mencía, occupying almost the 75% of the plantation. The average production exceeds the 9 millions of liters, most of them exported to Germany and the US, apart from the sales on the national market.
