Pale yellow, very light, bright, clean.

AROMA:

Frank, direct, very aromatic, with a high aromatic power. It is a fruity wine par excellence, a large percentage of the muscat grape, muscat that gives it great perfume, white fruits (peach skin, sweet pear, fuji apple), even a note of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango). Some floral perfume sensation (garden flowers) is also interpreted.

TASTE:

Really fruity, with a young, fresh, contemporary, fun wine style, like the name of "Pere Punyetes", a very meticulous person, excessively until reaching the possible point of heaviness. It came easy and light.

Fresh, light dishes, salads, starters. ideal with dishes like fresh pasta and shrimp, such as a tuna tartar with avocado and fresh tomato. Vegetarian cuisine in general.

CAVAS VARIAS is the name of the winery. The cellars were founded in 1918 by the Miró family of San Sadurní d 'Anoia, a population in the Alt Penedés region, and known worldwide for being the birthplace of the Cava Denomination of Origin. The cava and the cellars are located in the historic center of la vila, and since its foundation until mid-2003, they have always been linked to the Miró family. In 1928 the prestigious architect César Martinell completed the construction of the wineries and the modernist style mansion. Maintaining the criteria of tradition, wisdom and experience, the new owners are committed to a radical change in the production of products, introducing everything that innovation and technology today can contribute to the production of quality Cava.
