Colour

Pale orange-red color, limpid and bright.

AROMA:

Noted for its intense aroma of raspberries and peaches on a white background fresh floral.

TASTE:

Sweet entry on the palate with a fresh finish and elegant.

MATCHING
Ideal with traditional tapas and snack sausages as well as some vegetable dishes and pasta, semi-hard cheeses, roasts and poultry.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Fermentation at controlled temperature (15 ° C) in stainless steel tanks, for 15-20 days. 12 hours soaking time.

Wines rosés designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
