TASTING NOTE
Colour

Intense red color with purple edges. High layer and density

AROMA:

Ripe red fruit; black pepper; toasted

TASTE:

Sweet entrance; medium-high structure; soft tannins; fruit records; Long and persistent aftertaste

MATCHING
It combines both fish and meat dishes. Excellent with cod with sardines.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
It is the youth representation of the most complex red wines of the winery. Made with the Merlot variety, planted in our vineyards in 1997, and a small percentage of small greenhouse we cultivate since 2006. The number 3055 represents the driver's license from Jean Leon in New York and discovers the man behind the legend , the humble origin of an idealist who achieved his dream of founding the most famous restaurant in Hollywood and producing a wine with his name.

Wines reds designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
