Colour

Clean and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, and where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

First contact in cup where it transmits youth by all the corners. The aromas of fruit (cherry and currant) with small contributions of wild fruit (raspberries, blackberries) are those that take the reins of the aromatic catalog.

TASTE:

Very soft on the palate with almost imperceptible tannins, but with a great fruity weight which is what ends up developing the structure. Fresh, tasty and suitable for vegans.

Tuets winery is a small family winery located in Aiguamurcia, a small village in the Alt Camp area, in the interior of the province of Tarragona. The creator of the wines is Albert Domingo, a young winemaker and owner who, together with his father, has been working on the family farm for several generations, 70 hectares of land located in a privileged place and at an altitude of 500 and 600 meters above sea level. They make a range of single-variety natural wines to express the maximum authenticity of each variety and terroir. The cultivation of the vineyards is carried out through sustainable and ecological viticulture, where they also carry out the biodynamic principles, of which Albert is a great enthusiast. Albert's philosophy is zero intervention, manual harvesting, natural wines with local yeasts, vinification with stainless steel without added additives or sulfites, and obviously without filtering or stabilizing. Natural red wine, monovarietal of Tempranillo grapes, with a part of carbonic maceration, made with the yeasts of the grapes, bottled without filtering or stabilizing and without adding sulfites. Limited production of 3066.
