Intense burgundy almost opaque.

AROMA:

Initial notes of spices and wood very expressive. Little by little, as is opening, are notes of ripe red and black fruit that make a very nice background.

TASTE:

Very nice, fresh and fruity. His step Tasty, with some fruit notes that complement some toasted notes of wood give greasiness. Correct acidity. Final pleasant and unobtrusive.

Bàrbara Forés Negre is a red wine from D.O. Terra Alta, produced by the Bàrbara Fóres winery.

Bàrbara Forés Negre is a blend of the Garnacha Negra varieties and, to a lesser extent, of Syrah and Cariñena.
The grapes come from vineyards located at a height of between 350 and 600m in the municipality of Gandesa (Tarragona).
The vineyard is cultivated only with natural fertilizers and natural products.
The preparation of Bàrbara Forés Negre began with a manual harvest between September 13 and 26, 2012.
Once in the cellar, fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22-36º that lasted 18 days. After the fermentative process was made a maceration that lasted 25 days.

Finally, the wine aged for 12 months in Allier French oak barrels of 300 liters capacity.
