Colour

Its coupage is predominantly made from Macabeo. Very pale yellow colour with fine and persistent bubbles in nice strings and good crown.

AROMA:

Balanced bouquet with clean and fruity aromas of delicate flowerlike base.

TASTE:

Perfect combination of freshness relation and ageing that reminds green apples. Good persistence and powerful, full bodied.

MATCHING
Goes well with entrées, shell-fish, main courses as fish or poultry, as well as white meat stewed or roasted.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise.
