TASTE:

Silky and pleasant palate due to a perfect balance between structure and acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste that reminds us of the freshness and youth of a white.

Ideal for marinating with seafood, fish and seafood rice, grilled octopus, clams in green sauce. Even pasta with vegetables and mushrooms.
Serving temperature from 8 to 10º C.

Born in 1879 in Haro (La Rioja).
It was founded by two brothers. Today it is still controlled by direct descendants. 5th Generation. Since its birth, it has always focused on the production and aging of wines.

Today it is made up of 4 wineries: Cune, Imperial, Viña Real and Viñedos del Contino.

Elaboration: White made from the Viura grape variety. After a gentle pressing, the highest quality must is obtained. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and conservation of the primary, fruity and floral aromas, typical of the variety.
