TASTING NOTE
Colour

Beautiful yellow colour very bright.

AROMA:

A voluptuous, exotically perfumed nose, with deliciously well-defined primary aromas (some floral notes, roses, lilies...), complemented by secondary aromas derived from the wine’s controlled fermentation.

TASTE:

On the palate it's fine and elegant, with its tarpenic notes reappearing. Silky and sappy on the palate. The aftertaste is very long.

MATCHING
Excellent with shellfish ( a sublime match for an avocado and shellfish salad, for instance ), as well as with fish, fresh melon with cured Spanish ham, pâtés, poultry or pork in a sweet and sour sauce.
WHO CAN CONTRACT

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Catalunya
Established on 1999, the denomination of origin Catalunya includes the majority of the Catalan winemaking towns. The planted surface raises the 60.000 hectares and the annual production moves around the 60 millions of liters. The purpose of creating a D.O that overlaps the other Catalan appellations was to give more freedom and flexibility to the producers with the aim of promoting the creativity and the experimentation. The main differences are the use of a major number of grape varieties and the permissiveness to make blends with grapes from different zones, in addition to the inclusion of winemaking towns which could not integrate to any other appellation.
