Pale yellow, bright very clear and transparent

AROMA:

Of remarkable intensity, very aromatic, primary aromas of tropical fruits (mango, lychee, pineapple). Floral notes also appear. It is a scented and very fruity wine.

TASTE:

It is tasty, very young and fresh. Fruit tastes are the main flavor, exotic fruits on the palate with the perfume of flowers (jasmine, rose petals). Long in the mouth and in post-taste.

Ideal with dishes with gustatory contrast. salads with fresh fruits (strawberries, figs) even with foie gras and edible flowers. Also with seafood appetizers, fish in different preparations (griddle, oven with vegetables, with papillote).
Serving temperature between 6 to 8º C.

Miquel Canals Ollé was the founder of the current RAMON CANALS winery. Since its origins, the Canals Canals family has been linked to the cultivation of the vineyard and the production of calm wines. The pairal house and the winery of Castellví de Rosanes, a small town in the wine region of the Penedés Denomination of Origin, date from 1903.

The experience of three generations, dedicated to winemaking, has given rise to cavas of great palate and complexity and a cultural heritage of more than 4500 museum pieces related to the cultivation of the vineyard and the production of wine and cava .
Since 1975, the year the winery was founded, RAMON CANALS has evolved and has become a modern company that maintains its principles intact: Quality.
Currently the company produces cavas in the Penedés region and still wines in the DO Penedés, DO Montsant and DOQ Priorat.
