Colour

Golden clear yellow with greenish notes. Clean and bright.

AROMA:

Very aromatic and perfumed. White flowers aromas (jasmine, orange blossom), and herbs, over a citrus and tropical fruits background.

TASTE:

Fresh wine, fruity, light. With a surprising buttery sensation. Lively balanced acidity with a sweet touch at the end.

Aperitif, salads, fish and seafood in general, some light cheese (fondue) or poultry meat.
Serving temperature between 6º and 8ºC.

Family farm with documented records that wine production already existed for five centuries.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the Huguet family acquired the farm, which is understood by mountain coasts at 400 meters of altitude. Cabrera de Anoia (Anoia, Barcelona). Located in the northernmost part of Penedès, responsible and ecological vineyard.

Elaboration:
Only own crops from the "Finca Can Feixes". Manual harvest with selection of the grapes in the vineyard itself and on a selection table when entering the winery. Obtaining the first "flower must" by direct pressing at low pressure of the fresh and whole grapes in a pneumatic press. Clarification of musts by static decanting. Fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Certified organic wine.
It is a young wine that has been matured in stainless steel tanks and on fine lees in the months prior to bottling.
