TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

The nose dominates the varietal character of Malvasía Volcànica with floral aromas such as jasmine and where it evolves into more calculated fruit aromas.

TASTE:

Complex, fresh in the mouth with a very voluminous personality. It stands out for its balanced natural acidity and saline character.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Malvasía Volcánica comes from El Grifo and plots from our best winegrowers. The grape was harvested from July 22, 2021, as it reached optimum maturity in the different areas of the island. It was taken to the cellar in boxes of 18-20 kg., where the successive batches were kept for 24 hours in the cold room until they were pressed. The resulting must, after settling for 24 hours, was inoculated with our own selected yeasts in the vineyard. After fermentation, the wine was kept slightly cloudy at a temperature of 16ºC to maintain the floral character of the variety, remaining so until bottling, the date of which is stated on the bottle.
