Straw yellow, greenish reflections. Abundant carbonic, integrated.

AROMA:

Clean, fresh, notes of apple, pear and lemon.Fleshy background.

TASTE:

Vigorous, notes of white ripe fruit. Lovely end.

Coulants, confectionery, cakes with cream.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Francesc Sala Ferrés founded Casa Sala in 1861, the first brand in wine exportation in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. His son, Joan Sala Tubella, continued with the business, and after the marriage of his daughter Dolors Sala Vivé with Pere Ferrer Bosch, they started with the cava business, in the year 1914. From the first moment they chose to elaborate exclusively cava. They got installed in San Sadurní d'Anoia, a village in the hearth of Penedes region. Nowadays Freixenet Group is still a 100% familiar company and dispose of 18 cellars in 7 different countries.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
