TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow coloured wine with green hues, clean and bright.

AROMA:

Aromas of very high intensity and finesse in the nose, ripe white fruit (apple, pineapple), well wrapped in fresh floral notes (acacia) and delicate balsamic overtones. A well-balanced whole that defines the character of the variety.

TASTE:

Flavour is tasty, meaty, with a lively and fresh acidity, well balanced, full of aromatic nuances of great finesse and elegance with an aftertaste which stands a structure that gives length and depth.

MATCHING
Its unmistakable flavour will be enhanced if accompanied by the typical local seafood of terroir. Sublime taken with barnacles.

Wines D.O. Rías Baixas
Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Rías Baixas
Rías Baixas is one of the five wine-growing regions of Galicia, located mainly in the zone of Pontevedra. The appellation is divided in five sub-regions depending on the production: O Rosal, Val de Salnés, Soutomaior, Ribeira do Ulla, Condado do Tea. The vineyard area occupies about 4,000 hectares with an average production, belonging to 180 wineries. This appellation D.O Rías Baixas is the largest producer in Galicia. Total production reaches 16 million liters of wine. The icon is the wine elaborated with the grape Albariño, aromatic and harmonious wines with remarkable acidity and moderated alcoholic graduation. Even the national consumption is high; the majority of the production is exported abroad, basically in countries such as US, Germany, United Kingdom and Japan.
