TASTING NOTE
Colour

Ligth straw colour with green hues. Slow-evolving fine and persistent bubbles with good bead formation.

AROMA:

Clean and very fruity with an apple touch and caramel notes against a mint and balmy background of fresh herbs.

TASTE:

Elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh with ripe apple and syrup notes. Very well-integrated bubbles with an excellent sugar-acidity balance. Long and delicate aftertaste.

MATCHING
At any time. Ideal as an aperitif. Goes well with fish, seafood cream soup, white meat, goat cheese and desserts.
Serve at 6 to 7 °C.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Agusti Torello Mata pioneering, passionate and tireless in 1953 opened the first laboratory for wine sector, led important cellars of the Penedès and founded his winery in 1950. He also founded the Brotherhood of Cava and promote that, years later, was recognized as Honorary President.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
