TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Yellow color with slightly golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose they are expressed with a medium intensity, the aromas of fruit and citrus so characteristic of the variety evolve with more computed and buttery fruit notes, since they help not to be so masked with the aromas of aromatic herbs that are manifested with good persistence. and in which chamomile and laurel stand out.

TASTE:

Fresh entry on the palate with good acidity. Unctuous and greasy sensations are perceived due to its aging on the lees, which gives the wine more character and expression of the variety.

MATCHING
Its character and intensity make it ideal to eat with semi-cured cheeses, risottos, seafood with sauces ( mussels a la marinera. Clams with green sauce ), fish soups, cod pil-pil and baked turbot.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Albariño Vintage is made from the flower must of grapes from our oldest vineyards. The vineyards are grown on sandy loam, granitic and slightly acid soils. Controlled fermentation at 16ºC for 21 days. Once finished, the coarse lees are removed and the fine lees are aged, carrying out a weekly “bâtonnage” for 1 year. After aging, it remains in stainless steel tanks for another 4 years, to finally be stabilized and bottled.
