Clean and bright. Pale cherry color with vivid hues. With fine, persistent bubble and white crown. Very nice to look at.
On the nose, they give off an elegant and enveloping floral aroma with notes of red fruit (roses and raspberries stand out), all with the same subtle aging notes.
Entrance in very round nose and with the sensuality so characteristic of the great pink cavas. It presents a goodness and liveliness very well balanced, with a retronasal with lots of fruit.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
