Colour

It has a charming cherry colour, very bright, which is exalted with a rich and fine bubbling.

AROMA:

The aromas of Pinot Noir are revealed in all its breadth. A primary aroma of raspberry, blackberry and strawberry joins a very light citrus scent that enhances these primaries aromas and gives it freshness.

TASTE:

The exclusivity of the Pinot Noir offers a bold, elegant, and full of freshness and liveliness cava which boasts of being a different, unique and authentic. On the palate, aromatic sensations join the jam a bit acidic. The touch that brings the ageing with yeast rounds out the taste sensations.

MATCHING
Goes well with appetizers or fish and rice dishes. Perfect with salmon and raw oily fish (such as sashimi, sushi and carpaccio) or grilled fish, as its acidity balances the fatty content in the fish.
