TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow colour with greenish hues, very brightly and clean. It shows a wonderful thin bubble, with a persistent crown and a well integrated carbonic.

AROMA:

It has an aromatic nose, with nuances of golden apples, aniseed flavours, vegetables. An aromatic very pleasant as a whole.

TASTE:

In mouth it’s a lively wine, tasty, with a rounded step by mouth. It feels creamy and stands out his ageing nuances (toasted butter, toffee caramel). It leaves us a long and persistent end.

MATCHING
We can take it with very different dishes: desserts based on puff pastry, or delicious dishes such as a mouse of onion and leeks with lobster, or a cod based on honey and saffron.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
