AROMA:

The nose is elegant, refined, with notes of orange blossom, pastries, breads, a subtle floral background with some honeysuckle and tropical fruit, passion fruit and mango.

TASTE:

The palate is fresh, with a good offense, toasted sugar and good acidity, with a final snuff blonde, very creamy.

For haute cuisine and special occasions, this is Champagne fuses sublime dishes with white truffle.

Founded in 1729, it was the first Maison Ruinart Champagne. For over two centuries, the family turned to noble (it happened to be called Brimont of Ruinart in 1817) led the Maison with the same record. Chardonnay is the soul of Ruinart. This variety, originating mainly from the Côte des Blancs and the mountains of Reims, is the heart of all base wines.
