Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Amber with some golden highlights. Incredibly pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

An intense wine that denotes a lot of purity. Aromas of fruit and citrus, With a subtle floral background that makes it really charming on the nose.

TASTE:

Pure wealth with a lot of personality. With a lot of body and an added complexity that contributes to aging on lees. Perfect balance with acidity and fruit. A fantastic conjunction with a minerality expressed in its maximum state.

We have an incredibly versatile wine to pair with any dish of fish and / or seafood. Ideal with a good plate of oysters, Sole with Meunier, sautéed seafood and endless cooking with any variety of fish.

This is one of the oldest properties in Chablis and with a family ancestry of winemaking dating back more than 400 years, it is a property with a significant historical presence in the world of French viticulture. The 26-hectare estate has important Premier Cru plantations, and the spirit of the winemaking and wine culture that they have gives them in the wines a natural intensity that makes them truly unique.
Of the Chardonnay variety, they are vineyards with an average age of approximately 45 years, since the oldest plantations date back to around 1905. The lees stir monthly for a year before bottling them, without moving or filtering. They are bottled unfiltered, and are launched on the market with a significant bottle age.
