Golden yellow, amber edges. Bubble fine, persistent. Crown formation

AROMA:

Is a powerful and elegant champagne that combines aromas of candied white fruit, dried flowers and mineral notes marked in other words evoking the Mediterranean in its purest form.

TASTE:

Very complex and evolved. In the mouth, creamy notes crystallized minerals smoky around us. Very long. Full of life of long-haul.

MATCHING
Suitable with gentleness and select the right company. Sublime with white truffle dishes.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Exclusively from our own vines, situated on our estates at Can Romeu (Sant Sadurní d’Anoia), La Pedra Blanca (Subirats) and Can Rosell de la Serra (Torrelavit), all in the “Alt Penedès” region. These old vineyards, planted in loamy soil texture ,highly calcareous soil, provide low-rate production of grapes of high quality in terms of consistency, concentration and expression. Harvesting is carried out manually and all the vines are reared without the use of herbicides or insecticides, to respect local biodiversity and the environment.
