TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow colour with a pale gold tint. Fine and constant bubbles.

AROMA:

Its clean bouquet has a perfect balance between the subtle fruity notes and the delicate tertiary tones of aging. It is fine and light in the mouth.

TASTE:

Dry and soft with a pleasant eloquence of age.

MATCHING
Perfect to serve as an aperitif. Ideal with seafood, steamed mussels from rocks, grilled shrimps, and also with deserts with a light citrus touch.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Llopart Subirats located on average height of 340 meters above sea level and covers an accented hill slopes. The land is sloping stone platforms anchored, which provides excellent exposure to sunlight and avoids the possibility of any excess water.

Un très bon produit, très agréable pour l'apéritif, pas agressif du tout.
Après en avoir testé plusieurs je peux dire que tous les produits Llopart sont de très bonnes qualités.
