TASTING NOTE
Colour

It has a nice golden colour, with light reddish hints recalling the varietal origin. Thin bubbles rise up in fine strings and make an appealing and persistent “crown”.

AROMA:

The aroma is amazing. Classical notes of white fruits, unusual aromas of cherries with a lovely honey, toasty and citrus hints. Actually, it really has an elegant and complex aroma.

TASTE:

In the palate the structure and fruitiness is excellent. The splendid effervescence caresses the palate and it leaves a nice creaminess. Sticky, fresh, intense and persistent, this cava is plenty of outstanding feelings while enjoyed.

MATCHING
It’s a delicate cava of a wonderful flavour, yet is well suited to most dishes and can be served throughout a meal. Especially recommend it with fish and shellfish, poultry without sauce, cream of mushrooms, starters which are smoked and with fatty texture (salmon tartar, scorpion fish cake).

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise.
