At first glance clean and bright, pale yellow. Fine and persistent bubble, with the formation of rosaries.

AROMA:

At first olfactory perception it is clean and elegant, on second impression the primary aromas of white fruit, citrus dominate and finally we find a background of tertiary aromas product of the second fermentation in the bottle

TASTE:

Very fruity in the mouth with a pleasant and sweet entry, with a well-integrated and elegant carbonation.
