Colour

Straw yellow, brilliant. Bubble small, well chained.

AROMA:

Medium-high intensity odors elegant ripe white fruit (pear, apple) Gift toast and minerals.

TASTE:

Complex and dry, with a well balanced and carbonic acid that gives coolness. Long finish with toast points.

MATCHING
Easy to drink, suitable for everyday meals. We could use a Cod.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Mas Codina vineyards are located in the Alt Penedès, protected by two mountain ranges, along with its particular climate, make this a wonderful area for growing these vines. One of the salient features of this winery is that all production comes exclusively from the farm, do not use wine purchased outside the property.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
