TASTING NOTE
Colour
Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow with steel reflections. Fine and persistent pearl. Very nice to see.
AROMA:
Entry into the nose with timidity and subtlety. You can feel elegant floral notes embedded in a layer of bone fruit and with refreshing hints of lemon peel. Close the aromatic fan a small contribution of raw almonds.
TASTE:
Fresh and friendly mouth. It has an elegance that is linked with a very lively acidity, accompanied by a crisp and lively carbonic on the palate. Retronasal route where the hints of citrus and slightly more almond appeared on the nose. Long and refreshing finish.
MATCHING
Appetizer cava that can be extended to other meals. Gastronomic and versatile.

Organic and biodynamic viticulture:
Based on the careful observation and treatment of the factors that influence our land and its habitat. We do not apply chemical herbicides or pesticides, we use natural resources with the main objective of maintaining the balance of the environment and we maintain spontaneous vegetal cover to obtain fluffy soil. Through biodynamics, a step beyond ecology, we live our vineyards and seek to increase their biodiversity levels: we apply infusions and decoctions of plants to avoid pests, and we make our own preparations and our own animal compound and vegetable from our medicinal vegetable garden and from our cows, sheep and horses farm.
Elaboration:
We take responsibility for every step of our winemaking, from the field to the bottle. We harvest the grapes manually, use the selection table, enter the grapes by gravity and press whole. This sparkling wine spends more than 30 months with the mothers in the silence of the cavas. Moderate dosage of 6 g / l.
