Colour

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine bubbles and abundant, dense crown.

AROMA:

Intense and powerful. Notes amalgamated with touches of green apple balsamic roasted spices that give their time in the barrel.

TASTE:

Dry yet satiny. Dense and creamy foam. Highlighting the freshness of the fruit, vanilla and toast under.

MATCHING
Seafood grilled white fish with sauce and cheese. Perfect companion for poultry and small game.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Agusti Torello Mata pioneering, passionate and tireless in 1953 opened the first laboratory for wine sector, led important cellars of the Penedès and founded his winery in 1950. He also founded the Brotherhood of Cava and promote that, years later, was recognized as Honorary President.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
