Colour

Pale Yellow, clean and bright.

AROMA:

Clean, intense and aromatic. Reminds of mature fruit and aging. White fruits smell (pear and peach) and tropical fruis closely linked to hints of brown glacé.

TASTE:

Dry with slightly bitter ends. Spacious, well-structured with a slight well-integrated bubble. White fruit, citrus and dairy good match. Fresh and long aftertaste.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Tribute to the landscapes of childhood. Memory of a shallow cave on the hill of the Castle of Sant Marti Sarroca. Vantage point from which to contemplate theharmonious encounter between history and nature. Refuge where you can discover treasures and dream worlds imaginary bubbles.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
