Clean. Arome white fruit, chocolate, anise and light toast.?

TASTE:

Fresh, full-bodied and dry. Shop peach, grapefruit and slight bitterness final syrup. Good acidity and well integrated bubble. Long, elegant and fine, dense and velvety.?

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Result of experience. New Cava from old vines. A vineyard with sixty years of service to the family that turns to embrace organic farming. Name that pays homage to calcareous clay that has seen him grow.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
