Colour

Golden yellow. Small bubble size, constant shedding.

AROMA:

Clear and fresh. White fruit and herbal notes in the mountains.

TASTE:

Dry, fresh, very tasty. Records of citrus and grapefruit. Carbon present but balanced lives.

MATCHING
Suitable for appetizers, steamed mussels, prawns or even interesting with ham. Do not forget to matching or contrasting with traditional desserts.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Agusti Torello Mata pioneering, passionate and tireless in 1953 opened the first laboratory for wine sector, led important cellars of the Penedès and founded his winery in 1950. He also founded the Brotherhood of Cava and promote that, years later, was recognized as Honorary President.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
