TASTING NOTE
Colour

Dark amber with iodized glints.

AROMA:

Intense and deep. Clear notes of nuts, hazelnuts, caramelized nuts, roasted flavors, honey, and hints of fine woods.

TASTE:

Complex and firm, with notes of toasted hazelnuts, umami. Its citrus side, with candied lemon peel, adds freshness. Persistent and elegant finish with a smoky aftertaste.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Generous wine produced through oxidative aging in old American oak casks, using the traditional criaderas and soleras system with racking and spraying, until reaching an average age of at least 20 years.
