Deep cherry red cherry with intense purple tones.

AROMA:

Open and intense of ripe black fruit, blackberry jam, with spicy notes (ground black pepper, licorice). Perfectly integrated wood Persistent fruit

TASTE:

Very round mouth accompanied by a pleasant freshness. Structure and body that give character and define your personality. The end is marked by memories of black fruit.

Pairing with barbecue, tapas, pasta and rice, roast chicken and cow's cheese.

Manual harvest made in chestnut baskets of 12 kilos capacity, careful and immediate transport to the winery.
