TASTING NOTE
Colour

Dark amber with mahogany tones

AROMA:

Very intense and complex, with notes of nuts, almonds, peaches, candied orange, and exotic wood.

TASTE:

Intense, broad, and flavorful with pleasant citrus and saline sensations. A silky mouthfeel, with a long and complex finish that mirrors the excellent aromas on the nose.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Palo cortado is an oenological rarity that can only be found among the oldest criaderas of the generous wines. It pays tribute to the initial "soleo" of the winery, where, in the past, finos were promoted to olorosos in casks placed in the courtyards. It is made using the traditional criaderas and soleras system with racking and spraying, until reaching an average age of at least 20 years.
