Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Very complex nose, where the notes of ripe fruit and florals blend with the aromas of undergrowth, lumps and the small brushstrokes of a perfectly well-integrated oak.

TASTE:

Mouth where it is presented with structure and complexity. A wine with acidity that gives it an extraordinary nerve and vivacity. Long finish and full of nuances.

Ideal with dishes of high gustatory power. Rice, baked fish, white meats with sauces and semi-cured cheeses.

Purity is the hallmark of this unique white. Vinified as a red, with the contact of the skins of its grapes of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillón, it was later subjected to fermentation, partly in stone vats, stainless steel, and in which it ended in a one-year aging. in French oak barrels. Very limited production, explains its creator; Raul Bobet, that his elaboration of this natural wine without sulphites has been for him "a synonym of knowledge to avoid too much oxidation and notes of reduction".
