Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow color with grayish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, its aromatic charge is spectacular. The floral notes stand out above the notes of white fruit (apple, pear, white plum). Ideal for wine lovers with a lot of aromatic power.

TASTE:

Mouth with a lot of freshness and the same floral charge that is present in the nose. Agile route with a fairly long and persistent finish.

Siuralta Orange is a natural wine made by the Vins Nus winery in Cornudella de Montsant.

The Vins Nus winery is the new project by Alfredo Arribas (Portal del Montsant). As a result of his search for high vineyards to make very special wines, Alfredo manages to start his new project in 2008.
The vineyards are located in the highest areas of Montsant and worked biodynamically. Harvested at the optimum time of ripening, they provide grapes with very good acidity and freshness. This allows wines to be made in a NON-interventionist way, without the addition of sulfur or any chemical substance, resulting in pure, artisanal and very authentic wines.

Siuralta Gris is a white wine made with Grenache Gris from a 2-hectare vineyard replanted with this variety and located in the highest part, specifically at 850 meters, facing north and with a yellow clay subsoil.

The harvest is manual in 16 kg boxes, once the grapes enter the cellar they are macerated whole without being unpacked for four days. Once pressed, the whole grapes are fermented with local yeasts in stoneware amphorae, and aged for eight months in the same and in small stainless steel tanks.
