Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections, and where, has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

First contact in a glass where the aromas of black fruit and light spicy notes stand out. Aging for ten months in an amphora, she is responsible for the pure and sincere presentation of the Syrah.

TASTE:

Mouthpiece that does not disappoint. With voluminousness and a mouthfeel with an amplitude marked by lively and present tannins. Warm and fresh finish, and where, the fruit reappears strongly.

Siuralta Orange is a natural wine made by the Vins Nus winery in Cornudella de Montsant.

The Vins Nus winery is the new project by Alfredo Arribas (Portal del Montsant). As a result of his search for high vineyards to make very special wines, Alfredo manages to start his new project in 2008.
The vineyards are located in the highest areas of Montsant and worked biodynamically. Harvested at the optimum time of ripening, they provide grapes with very good acidity and freshness. This allows wines to be made in a NON-interventionist way, without the addition of sulfur or any chemical substance, resulting in pure, artisanal and very authentic wines.

Siuralta Morat is a red wine made from Syrah (90%) and a small portion of Viognier (10%) from old vineyards located at 780 meters above sea level on red clay subsoils, with very low yields.

The harvest is manual in 16 kg boxes, and together, the two varieties are harvested at the same time. Once in the cellar, they co-ferment in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. After fermentation, it is aged for ten months in large amphorae.
