Colour: Clear pale yellow tones with yothful green notes.
Aroma: A complex nose, fresh with citric and white stone fruit aromas, nuances of tropical fruit intertwined with subtle touches of ageing bringing balsamic and spicy notes with toasty aftertastes, all perfectly integrated.
Taste: A fresh and vinous initial taste, followed by a growing progression with a long finish; an enveloping wine aftertastes of fennel and underbrush.
Were in front of a wine with a suitable structure that could pair perfectly with meats, but we recommend tot taste it with a dish based on monkfish with prawn sauce.
