TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow, very transparent, bright, clean.

AROMA:

Good intensity, primary aromas, wine with a fruity character (apple, pineapple, green pear), are the records.

TASTE:

Tasty, enveloping, pleasant on the palate and sensations also those that we detect on the nose (citrus fruits and vegetable notes, aromatic flowers, white petals). A dry, lively finish that makes it very pleasant.

MATCHING
With carpaccio and fish tartars ( shrimp, salmon, tuna, cod ), grilled fish, steam, baked, seafood in general. Ideal as a glass of young and fresh white wine.

Service temperature from 6º to 8º C.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Three generations dedicated body and soul to the vineyard. A story started by José Oliveda Casanovas and his wife Joana Rigau Ros. Two entrepreneurs of their time who created a way of life focused on the world of wine. Genius, inventor, artist and almost magician; José Oliveda was able to create a winery in a time of war to brighten up the lives of the locals and generate prosperity in the area. His wife, patient and hardworking always by his side, leaving a mark at every step and living intensely the great challenge of founding a family business.
Anna Maria Oliveda Rigau, an only woman and daughter of the founders decided to follow in the footsteps of her parents. Along with her, her husband Josep Freixa Escarrà, from neighboring vineyards, who contributed his knowledge on the subject and wanted to grow the family business.
Currently at the helm of the ship, a great captain, Alfonso Freixa Oliveda, who for more than 30 years has directed and defended the family winery through and through, creating a new wine project, which today has become a company with its own identity

.Preparation: Fermentation at controlled temperature at 18º C.
Varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Macabeu.

Per mi es un vi molt aspre i o al baix beure amb una arrosa da a lo millor amb formatges curats o alguna altre combinació seria mes adequat es una opino molt personal.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
