TASTING NOTE
Colour

Golden yellow colour with touches of green.

AROMA:

Fruity bouquet, with prevailing aromas of Xarel•lo, white flowers and citrus nuances.

TASTE:

Fresh, balanced, fruity and delicious in the mouth.

MATCHING
Light and dry white wine, ideal as a starter at all times. It pairs perfectly with seafood, cooked without masking (iron, steam), or even with rice if is not very tasty, as “arroz a banda”.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
In Massís del Garraf, a priviligiada zone of great calcareous mass, is in fact a succession of mountains and hills, of up to 500 meters of altitude, from some of which you can see the sea. It has a particular microclimate, with thermal differences in the period of maturation of 24º, with maximums of 38 and minimums of 14, which lengthens this period and ensures that the concentration of sugars and polyphenolic maturity increases slowly. The winery is surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond trees and aromatic plants. It is an ideal place for the elaboration of singular wines of recognized prestige

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
