Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose has attractive aromas of ripe white fruit, flowers and more subtly mineral notes dressed in selfish memories.

TASTE:

Mouth with all the personality that characterizes it. Of lively acidity, persistent and with a pleasant balance that helps to highlight its citrusy and spicy finish.

Being a more unctuous wine with more flavor, we can harmonize it with very versatile cuisines such as Mediterranean and Asian. Ideal with light dishes. For example, a very careful and correct pairing with this wine is cheeses; soft, creamy and soft dough.

The name of our winery includes in itself a history and a legacy that lead us to rediscover a millennial tradition. Made with the Garnatxa Blanca variety, from the Brugueres estates, "La Creueta", a small estate of 3 hectares of terraced vineyards with slate floors planted in 1980 and located within the Escaladei municipal district. Prefermentative pellicular maceration of 75 hours, fermentation at controlled temperature with subsequent conservation in stainless steel tanks with its fine lees for five months. Unfiltered bottling.
