TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Picota cherry color with garnet reflections, and where it has a medium layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is strongly evident, where its aromas of fruit (blackberries, plums and blueberries) together with those of aging (the more spicy and herbaceous touches) harmonize elegantly.

TASTE:

Fresh and subtly velvety mouthfeel. Polished and very elegant tannins. The smoother version of the D.O.Q Priorat essence.

MATCHING
Perfect companion with white meats, pasta dishes with all kinds of sauces, red meats, tuna and fatty fish with different cooking methods.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
With a total of 26.5 hectares of vineyards that they work, owned and leased, distributed in different parts of Priorat, they produce a wide variety of quality wines from a careful selection of vineyards. Specifically, La Conreria d'Scala Dei Les Brugueres Negre is a blend of Garnacha and Syrah from its own vineyards spread over different plots of different characteristics and cultivated under the guidelines of organic farming. In the winery, the two varieties ferment separately in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts and at a controlled temperature. Then 70% of the wine ages in 300-litre oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.
