White brisata of 2 days, specifically 48 hours of maceration between grape juice and grapes crushed and crushed with cold, the fermentation begins, subsequent bleeding and follow-up of the fermentation between 16 and 18 ºC. Aging with mothers on a deposit with weekly bastions for 6 months. Bottling and bottle aging.
