TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is presented with a very wide aromatic catalog, where the fruit has all the prominence. Tropical records of pineapple, mango and kiwi balance with the freshest part of citrus, where they are expressed; lemon, lime and grapefruit. All with sparkles of white flowers and a sharp memory of anise that gives it liveliness.

TASTE:

Fresh entry with a medium body that is responsible for the weight of the fruit. Glyceric point that brings smoothness to the wine, and that is perfectly harmonized with an acidity that gives it a very fresh finish.

MATCHING
All kinds of starters, seafood and fish. From simple elaborations to ceviches. All kinds of vegetables and salads. Rice and pasta.

We recommend a service temperature of between 9ºC and 11ºC.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
"Gramona has been working its land uninterruptedly since the mid-19th century. Six generations of a family of winemaking tradition who for years have worked with respect and passion for the land and with an indisputable quality seal. True to a sustainable philosophy for our environment, we resort to biodynamic agriculture for growing our vineyards and for making our wines and sparkling wines "

Elaboration:

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
