Colour: Clean, clear and bright. Yellow with golden highlights. Very nice to see.
Aroma: High aromatic complexity due to the expression of its three varieties, the Chardonnay that gives it floral notes (jasmine and lavender), the exotic Sauvignon blanc with a slight touch of ripe tropical fruit (mango) and the native Picapoll completes the palette of aromas with citrus fruits (grapefruit and pineapple). Everything on a common background of tangerine and non-roasted nuts that are enhanced by aging on lees
Taste: In the mouth, it stands out for its fatty attack. That gives elegance and elegance to the great structure of this white wine. Long memories in the mouth, where on the fresh acid sensation the varietal aromas are repeated.
Although we can take alone, this wine goes well with steamed soft fish, not very powerful.
Winery founded in 1983 with the aim of recovering the quality winemaking tradition of the region and creating a DO for Bages.
The winery works with its own sustainable viticulture system that allows it to respect the environment and use natural resources as much as possible. It is based on three points: ecology (use of alternative techniques that reduce environmental impact and CO² emission), biodiversity (protection of external fauna and flora) and soil (microbiology control and compaction). That is why it has adhered to the distinctive Biosphere Commitment within the Biosphere Paisajes destination in Barcelona, with regulations that guarantee the reduction of environmental impact and the social and economic improvement of its activities.
