AROMA:

Style and differentiation. A clear personality with a dry, lively and appetising nature.

TASTE:

The combination of small red acid fruits gives a hint of mystery and meditation.

Ideal for seafood appetizers. Especially with greatpasta and rice. We suggest to combine rice with lobster or a 'spaghetti alla vongole. "
Serve at 8-9 ° C, the sample champagne at its best after several minutes of ventilation.

Exclusively from our own vines, situated on our estates at Can Romeu (Sant Sadurní d’Anoia), La Pedra Blanca (Subirats) and Can Rosell de la Serra (Torrelavit), all in the “Alt Penedès” region. These old vineyards, planted in loamy soil texture ,highly calcareous soil, provide low-rate production of grapes of high quality in terms of consistency, concentration and expression. Harvesting is carried out manually and all the vines are reared without the use of herbicides or insecticides, to respect local biodiversity and the environment.
