Lively rosé tonality.

AROMA:

Aromatic depth that combines the elegance of flowers and the maturity of red fruits, in aromas of long breeding with the lees (fine confectionery, creamy) and subtle remembrances of the barrel (toasted, balsamic).

TASTE:

In mouth it presents the carbonic one very well integrated into a step balanced complex. It highlights the freshness of the living notes of ripen fruits.

MATCHING
Cava dry, elegant, fruity. Persistent and full bodied. It will be delightful if we accompany it with fruity desserts, perfect with fruit tarts and cream handmade on a pastry base. Can accompany original main dishes, as a patty of Galician tuna and seafood or grilled prawns.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
