In the glass is presented in yellow colour, very clean and with a good bubble detachment.
Nose very attractive, at first appears some exquisite notes of baked apple compote, the mellow from honey which will be reflected in their fat palate. Nuts are in the background to join with its cool citrus sensations and provide you with extraordinary vividness.
In the mouth it is balanced, accompanied by good acidity, where the carbonic is highly integrated, leaving the palate feeling fresh and smooth. The finish is long and rich in ripe nuances and minerals which are reproduced in the aftertaste.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
